What are the resources you use? On-site, at your desk, we all have our favorites. On this page I’ll share the one’s I use and if you send me your favorites, I’ll share them as well.
This section is in it’s infancy and I appreciate your patience as it grows AND I appreciate your help in building it. Send me what your must haves are and I’ll add them here. Oh, and I don’t get any money for recommending these, AND if they don’t work for you (it’s not my fault) but I would love to hear what does work for you. You can send me your ideas by going to Help & Support, scroll past the FAQ’s, and fill out the contact form. THANK YOU!

PLATFORMS
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
ClickUp - I use this for timelines, budgets, invoice tracking, Sponsorship Deliverables and more
Miro - when I need a visual tool to help with a project, I have found this to be truly helpful
Google Drive - hands down, my favorite
NOTE TAKING
reMarkable - I love writing in this thing and that I can send my notes via email
Fireflies.ai - an easy way to track who agreed to what, but I can’t help but still take notes for myself as it helps to keep it in my head
HARDWARE
Microsoft Surface - I went from a standard laptop to the Surface mostly because it’s lighter weight and easier to carry when I get on-site
HP OfficeJet 250 Portable Printer - this powerhouse of a printer prints like a champ, it also travels well - like it’s supposed to
ON-SITE
FOR YOU
FEET
Moleskin & Blister Bandages - both are essentials
Deodorant - you need the stick, not spray or roll on, rub it on your feet and it helps with friction, and keeps your feet from blistering. This is also great for “chub rub” to help keep your thighs from chafing
Compression Socks - if your ankles swell, get a pair, there are so many fun ones out there - we even have a pair in the shop, check them out!
MEETING KIT
Cardboard Easel Backs - from my friend Hillary, turn any cardstock printout into a sign - want to tell everyone you are closed, here’s your sign
Acrylic Sign Holder - okay, the new ones are nice and travel a lot better than the old ones did. Get the ones with the separate bases and you will be so much happier - they stand straight and stack well when shipping and storing
Welly Band-Aids - if you are going to get hurt, you should get a smile out of it. I personally buy the rainbows and unicorn ones

AIRLINE REWARDS
This will be specific to you but find your home, build up the miles, earn your rewards. For me, it’s United as Denver is one of it’s hubs. I get two free bags at 70 lbs each. Because of this, I typically bring a bag that is full of meeting supplies - printers, badges, easels, signs, you name it, I’ve got it, and it saves so much on shipping. Not to mention the additional leg room.
LUGGAGE
Samsonite Stryde 2 Hardside Expandable - I love this thing, it holds my clothes on their hanger so I simply move them from my closet, to the hotel closet
Hanging Cube - this holds all of my t-shirts, underwear, socks, etc., and I load it up, pull it from my suitcase, and hang it in the closet
Toiletry bag - I am looking for a good one, let me know if you have on that you love
DON’T LET ME FORGET!
I’ll share with you how to make the re-useable blank signs, with the magnetic pockets, at a fraction of the price and custom sized to fit in your suitcase. To be fair, nothing beats Madison Avenue Inc’s Smart signs, they really are the best.
